I am from Milburn, KY, population about 350 if you count all the dogs and cats too. I grew up here working hard on my parent's farm and painting. I have been a painter for years, painting everything from Businesses to Homes. I run a small painting company. I also love to play music whenever I can. I Had a twin brother, Ronald. He passed from a terrible drowning accident on May 16, 1982. On my current CD, 'Country Ham', I have written a song in memory of Ronald, titled 'Wanting to Hold Him'.
I love music, and have been playing guitar since I was 12. I've been a member of Nashville Songwriters Association Inc. (NSAI) for the last 2 years.
I have performed at the Bluebird Cafe and at Best Western's Hall of Fame, both in Nashville, TN.
In 1989 I began volunteering my time and music to the residents of the local Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Homes. Since then I have performed in Fulton, Bardwell, Mayfield, Clinton and Paducah, Kentucky. Last year I performed 17 times at these facilities.
I hope you enjoy my CD "Country Ham". You can order the CD online, listen to samples of the songs or join the email fan club.
